In an effort to provide the public with knowledge when it comes to the "process" of buying a home Anacostia River Realty is set to start a Home Buyer's club. The group will be open to the public. It will meet monthly and discuss a variety of topics that will be beneficial to potential home buyers. Their first meeting will be held, Saturday, November 21, 2009 from 10am-12pm. Some of the topics that will be discussed in the informal meetings include; the ins and outs of home ownership; how to repair damaged credit and increase scores; how mortgage evaluate loan applications; Q & A sessions with real estate professionals.
